Session Conditions

Conditions for Participating in Free, Trial Energy Sessions

We occasionally offer a one-time, trial, free Energy Balancing Session to a limited number of interested humans.  However, in order to participate, you must agree to all of the following stipulations, which you do when you click on the “Reserve My Space” button on the reservation form.  

1. You agree to provide an honest review (by email) of your experience during and after the session, within 48 hours after your session.  
2. You agree that your review may be posted on all of our websites and/or on any of our social media platforms.
3. You understand and agree that this free, trial session is a one-time opportunity.  If you cannot attend this session, you agree to contact us by email, as soon as possible, so another individual may be given the opportunity to participate.
4. You understand and agree to maintain an open mind and allow your heart to open, naturally, during your session. Doing so will allow your energies to be properly cleansed, cleared and balanced, for your highest good.
5. You understand and agree that Dr. Mitzi works from a spiritual and energetic perspective, not a physical perspective. Therefore, you will maintain complete control of your mind, body, emotions and energies, at all times, during your session.
6. You understand and agree that, in order to have a successful experience, it is imperative that you maintain a positive attitude, expect the best possible experience and outcome, and properly prepare yourself and your environment (as suggested in the email Dr. Mitzi will send to you prior to your session).
7. You understand and agree that your experiences (if any) during and after your free, trial session are completely dependent upon your acceptance, your mental input and your attitude during your session.
8. You agree to relax, have fun and enjoy this unique experience.

Conditions for Participating in Group and Private Energy Sessions

1. You agree that if you choose to provide an honest review (on this website or by email) of your experience during and after the session, your review may be posted on all of our websites and/or on any of our social media platforms.
2. You understand and agree that the availability of private sessions is extremely limited.  If you cannot attend the session you reserved, you will contact us by email, a minimum of 24 hours in advance, so another individual may be given the opportunity to participate.
3. You understand and agree that, because there is limited private session availability, if you must reschedule your session, there may be a delay before we can schedule another session for you.
4. You understand and agree to maintain an open mind and allow your heart to open, naturally, during your session. Doing so will allow your energies to be properly cleansed, cleared and balanced, for your highest good.
5. You understand and agree that Dr. Mitzi works from a spiritual and energetic perspective, not a physical perspective. Therefore, you will maintain complete control of your mind, body, emotions and energies, at all times, during your session.

Refund Information

Classes & Workshops

Of course, we hope you will take full advantage of all of our materials.  However, we realize things come up and sometimes you cannot follow through on your commitment to take the classes or workshops…or you may simply decide it’s not for you. A full refund for your online class or workshop will be processed only if your request is received by us within 5 days after your first class or workshop access information is emailed to you.  To request a full refund, you must email us within that 5 day timeframe. No refunds will be given after day 5. 

Energy Sessions

Due to the nature of the sessions, no refunds are given for any of the energy sessions, for any reason.  However, we may offer to have you participate in an additional session, should you encounter a challenge.

If you must reschedule your private session, 24 hours notice is required. If your notice is not received in a timely manner, you will forfeit your session and your fee.  Availability of private sessions is extremely limited.
