While your energy doesn’t exactly resemble the image you see, it serves as a helpful representation of how your energies are positioned in and around your body. Fortunately, you don’t need to have any prior knowledge of these energies for them to be properly balanced. Once you schedule your session, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to help you prepare for an exciting and transformative experience.

As your session begins, Mitzi will call in powerful and protective shields will envelop both you and her. Once you are in a relaxed state, Mitzi’s Higher Self will establish a connection with your Higher Self. If you opt for a Private Emergency Healing Session, she may request a recent photo beforehand. A simple snapshot from your phone or other device is sufficient, as long as your face and eyes are clearly visible. This allows her to visualize your subtle energy system even more clearly during your session. However, it’s important to note that during the session, she do not perceive your physical body—only your energetic system.

Home Clearing & Blessing

How Do Distance Home/Business Clearings & Blessings Work?

Shortly after your session is scheduled, Mitzi will contact you to arrange a preview of your home or office.

She will walk you through all of the details of your session at that time.

Mitzi will perform a special ceremony to bless all of the items (crystals, sea salt, essential oil spray, candle, candleholder and nightlight) she will use during your session. These items are cleared and synchronized to the energies of your home. So, they must be prepared in advance of performing your session.

These items are mailed to you prior to your scheduled session, along with directions as to what to do with each of them.

This is a fun and simple process, so there’s no need to be overly concerned.

On the day of your session and at the scheduled time, Mitzi will contact you by your chosen video call method (ZOOM or FaceTime).
